Some new and exciting updates are happening with Joey’s PAW!
Some new and exciting updates are happening with Joey’s PAW but our mission has not changed. Our mission is to optimize the quality of life of special needs dogs with custom wheelchairs and prosthetics. We have come a long way in our 7 years as a nonprofit, and the number of animals we have helped every year gets bigger and bigger.
We celebrated our 7th birthday on Sunday July 21st at Allegheny City Brewery! Our celebration included cookies (both human and dog), Jersey Mike’s subs, a puppuccino bar with treats for our furry friends, Doggone Candles, Bentleys Doggie Bistro, Brother Bandanas, Butterfat Gelato, and Three Dog Sewickley treats. We even had a special guest stop by from Pittsburgh Today Live, David Highfield. Along with the big birthday bash we have some other big news! We have rebranded Joey’s PAW with a new logo, new merchandise, and a new easy to use website.
The birthday bash was a huge success and it was great seeing some new faces (dog and human) and some friends you haven't seen in a while. Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with us, bought a Bow Tie Boone book or coloring book, donated, and bought tickets for the raffle baskets. Congrats to the winner of the baskets, hope you and your pup enjoy them!
